School Events - Donations Policy
Thank you for considering Grand Tour BBQ for your school event!
We are happy to give back to our schools and communities.
In order to keep our business an option for the future, we need to ensure we don't operate events at a loss.
Our policy for community events is as follows:
- donation of 10% of after tax revenue back to the event organizer AFTER the first $500* of sales.
- a charitable donation receipt for the amount equal to the donation
*This donation deductible covers our cost of transporting the trailer, our outlay of food costs for the event, staffing, insurance, other operation costs (propane, gas, oil, depreciation, etc...)
Donations do not apply to private events.
